Tasting Notes

The foundations of the first beer 3 Kafadar brewed in Istanbul go back to a beer fair in Germany in 2017. Taking a small sample share of Mosaic hops, which had never reached Türkiye until then, 3 Kafadar started experimenting as soon as they returned home. Mosaic IPA went on to become the most famous beer of the Turkish craft scene.
